Bagless Day Activity Carnival for Class – I & II

"Let’s pack our smiles and leave the heavy bags behind!"

Bagless Day is an initiative aimed at promoting a lighter and more environmentally friendly approach to education. On this day, students are encouraged to attend school without their traditional backpacks, instead carrying only essential items in their hands or pockets. The goal is to raise awareness about the importance of reducing waste and the environmental impact of plastic bags.

This day also fosters creativity, as students often find innovative ways to carry their materials. Additionally, it encourages discussions about sustainability and the importance of being mindful of our ecological footprint. Overall, Bagless Day serves as a fun and educational experience that promotes environmental consciousness among students. DPS Gaya is organising “Bagless Day” on 10^th August 2024 for kids of Pre-Nursery to Class-II.
