Greetings of the day!
"Pi Approximation Day is an annual celebration of the mathematical constant π (pi), which is approximately equal to 3.14159. This day is celebrated by mathematicians, educators, and enthusiasts around the world, often with activities, events, and discussions focused on mathematics and the significance of π. We are excited to announce that Delhi Public School Gaya, will be celebrating Pi Day with a special Math Quiz on July 22, 2024. This event is open to students from Grades 3 to 5 and promises to be both educational and fun!
Venue: Auditorium Date: 22.07.2024 Timing: 12:40 PM - 02:00 PM
Event Details:
- The students of Classes III - V will participate in this competition
- There will be four teams from different houses.
- Each team will have four participants.
- Audience will be the students of classes IV & V
- There will be 5 rounds in the quiz competition
Round 1: Just 30 seconds: Comprising 8 questions
Round 2: Visual Round: Comprising 8 questions
Round 3: Speedo Round: Comprising 10 questions for each group
Round 4: Brain Booster Round: Comprising 8 questions
Round 5: Buzzer Round: Comprising 10 questions
Round 6: Tie-Breaker Round: Comprising 4 questions
- Judge decision will be final and irrevocable
