Gandhi Jayanti Celebration at DPS Gaya

DPS Gaya celebrated Gandhi Jayanti on 1st October 2024, with great enthusiasm and reverence. The event was marked by captivating song and dance performances that paid obeisance to the Father of the Nation. Students delivered heartfelt speeches in both Hindi and English, underscoring Mahatma Gandhis principles of truth and non-violence. These performances were a testament to the students dedication and understanding of Gandhis teachings. Students from Class 1 showcased their creative ingenuity, making the Three Monkeys, symbolizing the teachings of See no evil, hear no evil, speak no evil. In contrast, Class 2 students crafted the iconic Charkha. The honourable Principal Sir praised the students efforts and creativity, emphasizing how such activities help instil Gandhian values in young minds. He encouraged everyone to follow the principles of Mahatma Gandhi in their day-to-day lives.
