DPS Gayas Drug Abuse Awareness Event

Somerset Maugham famously said, The unfortunate thing about this world is that good habits are so much easier to give up than bad ones. Drug addiction is a trap, leading to catastrophic ramifications for an individual. Recognizing this trap and breaking its shackles is expedient for reclaiming ones life. On 1 August 2024, the Youth Club of DPS Gaya organized an awareness session to address the detriments of drug abuse and its impact on youth. The event featured an interactive session where the esteemed Principal Sir provided precious guidance to avoid drug addiction to smokeless & smoke-free types. A question-and-answer session also allowed students to express their opinions and interact with the honourable Principal to address their concerns about drug abuse. This enlightening session aimed to educate students on the severe implications of drug abuse.
