Empowering Educators: Two-Day Training on GENDER SENSITIVITY AND HAPPY CLASSROOMS DPS Gaya conducted a two-day training sessions from June 10-11, 2024 on GENDER SENSITIVITY AND HAPPY CLASSROOM, aimed at enhancing the educational environment for both students and teachers. The training sessions were presided over by Mr. Akash Rai, an esteemed educator and Principal of St. Xavier, Aurangabad. These sessions were designed to equip educators with the knowledge and tools needed to foster a more inclusive, respectful, and joyful classroom atmosphere. Through interactive workshops, teachers learned about the importance of recognizing and addressing gender biases, promoting equality, and implementing strategies to foster inclusivity in the classroom. DPS Gaya regularly conducts training sessions aimed at enhancing and empowering teachers teaching aptitude. The Honourable Principal of DPS Gaya underscored the importance of these training sessions to build an educational community that advocates diversity, inclusivity, and the holistic development of every student.
