World Book Day Celebration at DPS Gaya

DPS Gaya embarked on a vibrant celebration of World Book Day on April 23rd, 2024, igniting the love for books across all grades. The enthusiasm was palpable among the youngest learners in pre-nursery and the dynamic minds in grade 2. Engaging in creative endeavours, Pre-nursery and Nursery, including junior wing students crafted charming bookmarks, while the Prep kids added a touch of whimsy with pencil-shaped creations. Grade 1 students delved into their imaginations, designing bookmarks inspired by their favourite animals, while Grade 2 embarked on a metamorphic journey, crafting exquisite butterfly-themed bookmarks. Through these activities, DPSGaya has not only celebrated the joy of reading but also nurtured the budding creativity of our students, fostering a lifelong appreciation for the written word. The honourable Principal Sir encouraged young learners to cultivate the habit of reading and empower themselves with knowledge gained through reading.
