Sports Activities Organized by DPS Gaya

Sports augment self esteem and open up avenues for the development of children. Sports inculcate a spirit of teamwork and community participation in young ones and adolescents. Sports teach us to rise in the face of adversity and accomplish excellence through sheer hard work and dedication. Delhi Public School Gaya conducted a host of exciting sports activities on 8th and 9th December, 2023 for the students of Pre- Nursery to Class 2 to instill the spirit of true sportsmanship and teamwork in students. On day one of the event, the tiny tots of Pre-Nursery and Nursery energetically participated in Balloon Game and Tunnel Game respectively. Meanwhile, the young toddlers of Prep and Class I enthusiastically participated in Jumping Fixing Game and Parachute Game. To top it all, students of Class II assiduously participated in Passing the Cone with Stick Game. The day two of the event witnessed more exhilarating performances from the students. The toddlers of Pre-Nursery and Nursery showcased their sporting prowess in Mayhem Game and Drag the Ball with Hula Hoops Game. On the other hand, students of Class II exhibited their acumen in Leg Lifting and Catching the Cone Game. All the students demonstrated unmatched skills in various sports activities. The honourable Principal of the school, Mr. Satyendra Mishra acknowledged remarkable performances of the young kids. On the other hand, the respected Pro-Vice Chairman, Mr. Sanjeev Kumar highlighted the significance of sports in the holistic development of students.
