Parents Orientation Programme

Keeping in mind the sensitive role of parents along with teachers in the development of children, a “Parents Orientation Programme” was organised for the parents of new students enrolling in Delhi Public School Gaya for the session 2023–24. The ceremony started with the lighting of the lamp. A welcome song was sung in order to officially greet the parents, and after that, a programme based on yoga asanas was presented. In his speech, Mr. Satyendra Mishra, the school’s principal, explained to the parents the goals and values of DPS Gaya. The honourable principal sir also claimed that DPS Gaya looks out for the best interests of the kids. He emphasised the value of parents and teachers, stating that for them, the greatest delight is seeing their pupils thrive. He listed discipline and punctuality as the two main values of thr students life. Following the principal’s speech, a dance programme was performed. It is important to note that goal of this program is to give parents a chance to learn about their childrens school lives. This programme aids parents in comprehending DPS Gayas “pedagogy.” The programme was highly praised by the parents, who also thanked the school for successfully organising it and showed their satisfaction. The schools pro-vice chairman, Mr. Sanjeev Kumar, said on the occasion that DPS Gaya is committed to developing students into capable and effective citizens and has been incessantly working to provide all the resources required for their multidimensional development. The function finally concluded with the customary national anthem.
