Closing Of The Bihar State Junior (Under 17/19) Ranking Badminton Tournament 2022.

Bihar Badminton Association and Gaya District Badminton Association have organised the 5 day long State Level Junior (Under 17/19) Ranking Badminton Tournament from 2nd November, 2022 which saw its culmination and closing on Sunday, 6th November at Delhi Public School,Gaya.The Chief Guest of the grand ocassion was Honourable Shri Kumar Sarvjeet, Minister of Agriculture, Govt.of Bihar who is the MLA of Bodhgaya and the Guest of Honour was Honourable Mr. Mayank Warwade, IAS, Commissioner of Magadh Division.The Chief Guest had, in his address to the young impressionable gathering underlined the importance of studies along with sports. He encouraged everyone with his words of affection and wisdom.Amrit Raj of Muzaffarpur had won the Under 19 Boys Title defeating Kartik of Patna whereas the Girls Under 19 Title was clinched by Saloni of Purnia who defeated Shreeja of Patna in the highly dramatic finals.In the Under 17 category boys Kartik of Patna had outsmarted Amrit Raj of Muzaffarpur and in the same age group Sanvi Anand of Bhagalpur had lifted the Girls Winning Trophy by defeating Shrija of Patna.In the Doubles Category the following results reached home in the end of the 5-day long Bihar State Junior Badminton Tournament:1.Under 17 BoysWinners were Raj Aryan of Nawada and Kartik of Patna 2. Under 17 GirlsWinning Pair was Sanvi Anand of Bhagalpur and Fiza Hasan of Kaimur.3. Under 19 BoysWinners were Amrit Raj and Tanvir Ahmed of Muzaffarpur4. Under 19 Girls Winning Pair was Saloni Kumari of Purnia and Sara Kausar of PatnaIn the Under 19 Mixed Doubles there were many tense moments due to very good exchange in the court between both the player - pairs which saw Zainab Nazeer of Patna and Rishabh Raj of Samastipur lifting the prestigious Mixed Doubles Trophy defeating Bashavi Bhushan of Begusarai and Ashutosh Kr. Singh of Samastipur.All the Rank holders were given Trophies, Certificates and Li Ning sponsored memorabilia. Honorable Guests were given Mementos.Gracing this grand ocassion of State Level Badminton Spectacle Sri K. N.
