Intra Class Reading Competition

To ingrain the habit of reading in students and to build their confidence, Delhi Public School, Gaya conducted an Intra Class Reading Competition on 7th and 8th August for the students of classes Nursery to V. The students participated with humongous avidity and ardour and exhibited their brilliant competitive spirit through excellent presentation of the given text. The intensifying competition invoked the participants to excel their reading skill and bring out the best reader from them. It was a great delight to witness the young readers exploring the new dimensions of learning with tremendous excitement and ingenuity. The participants were adjudged on a range of parameters such as proper voice modulation, intonation, presentation, pronunciation and clarity of voice. The honourable Pro-Vice Chairman Sir, Mr. Sanjeev Kumar and respected Principal Sir, Mr. Satyendra Kumar Mishra extolled the teachers for their unceasing support and guidance in successful consummation of the competition and congratulated the position holders for their accomplishments.
