45th Bihar State Junior Swimming Championship-2023

The legendary swimmer and the most decorated Olympian, Michael Phelps said, "You can’t put a limit on anything. The more you dream, the farther you get.” Sports transcend all barriers and conjure up limitless optimism that leads one to glory and immortality. Delhi Public School Gaya, in its pursuit of taking swimming to its apex, organized 45th Bihar State Junior Swimming Championship on July 9, 2023 in its state-of-the-art swimming pool. 200 highly competent teams from Bihar participated in this supremely competitive swimming championship. DPS Gaya stamped its dominance at the championship with 1 Gold, 7 Silver and 4 Bronze medals in different categories. Shivansh Triyank (Age group 13)vanquished his opponents and captured the Gold Medal in 200 m Freestyle and 2 Silver Medals in 50 m and 400 m Freestyle. Rudra Bhushan (Age group 14) also reigned supreme and clinched 3 Silver Medals 50 m, 100 m and 200 m Backstroke. He also secured 2 Silver Medals in 50 m and 100 m Butterfly. Meanwhile, Ayushman Singh Chandel (Age group 14) grabbed Silver Medal in 50 m Freestyle. Tirth Singh (Age group 14) accomplished Bronze Medals in 200 m and 400 m Freestyle. He also secured Bronze Medals in 100 m Butterfly and 200 m Backstroke respectively. All the illustrious performers of DPS Gaya glorified the school at the 45th Bihar State Junior Swimming Championship 2023. Honourable Principal Sir, Mr. Satyendra Mishra congratulated all the achievers for their exceptional accomplishment and acknowledged relentless dedication and efforts of the swimming coaches. Respected Pro-Vice Chairman Sir, Mr. Sanjeev Kumar expressed his jubilation over the grand success of the students of DPS Gaya at the 45th Bihar State Junior Swimming Championship 2023.
